  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of cancellation by CozyCubs, the paid amount will be refunded as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • CozyCubs is not liable for delivery delays once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
