Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. Please read our return/exchange policy carefully:
When Returns Are On Us:

If you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, return shipping is on us.

An unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is mandatory for claim approval.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll initiate a full refund or replacement as per your request.
When Returns Are On You:

If you ordered the wrong size or wrong color by mistake, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

Once the product reaches us and passes quality check, we’ll initiate your refund process (or offer store credit if preferred).
Note: All returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery, and the product should be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
